New address where you’d like to start service

Date when you would like to turn on service

SSN or driver’s license number

Existing customers: My Account login or account validation Info (phone and SSN/account number)

Move your current Residential service to a new location in ComEd’s service area.

EST. 10-15 MINUTES

You'll need:

Current address where you’d like to stop service

New address where you’d like to start service

Dates to stop service at your current address and start at the new

Permanently stop your Residential or Commercial utility service within ComEd’s service area.
