Can I use the online application to apply for all types of projects (e.g., custom and streetlighting)?
Not at this time. Currently, the online application is only available for standard offering incentives.
How do I obtain my login credentials?
You must create an account if you are a first-time user. To create an account, select the "Sign In" button in the top right corner and choose "Create a new account." On the next screen, enter your information and click "Submit," which will send you an email confirmation. You may get started on your application once you click on the link in the confirmation email.
What browser should I use to start my online application?
The online application works with any browser; however, performance is enhanced with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or newer versions of Internet Explorer (v11, v10)
If your project has multiple facility types, you should select your main facility type in this tab. When you reach the "Equipment" tab, you will have the ability to select the specific facility type for each measure you are requesting.
